Hi, we had a terrible storm on Sunday and it fried something that they can't seem to fix, so we have no Internet service. Earliest estimate of being back onine is Monday, June 20. AGGRAVATING. 3+ hours on the phone with Tier 1 and Tier 2 of Cox Communications, trying to fix it. We've already bought a new Ethernet cable and also a modem that has its own Etheret cable, plus a usb cable. NOTHING is working!
