Allbrands took my $50 and sent me the wrong embroidery hoop.

On Wednesday, I called again.
The lady took my info.
Then she said a "Returns Specialist" would call me back.
In 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.

it sucks, but "technically" you're still up to only the 4th "business" day that she quoted you. I've had similar experiences with other companies before, and when I called back I was informed that they had 7-10 business days and I "shouldnt even be calling them because they are still in that window." Ugh.
ReplyDeleteYeah, it's just ridiculous that the woman I spoke to couldn't issue the return postage file. Then I could have mailed it back on the 11th and would MAYBE be getting the correct one soon. As it is, IF I get to mail it today, they probably won't get it till next week and then add ANOTHER week for them to mail me the correct one...
