ALLBRANDS = CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE, Part Two

This is MY experience. Maybe you love Allbrands. I do not.


Allbrands took my $50 and sent me the wrong embroidery hoop.
It doesn't even fit my machine. That was July 10.

I called them.
They were closed. I left a message.
They did not return my call..
On Wednesday, I called again.

The lady took my info.
Then she said a "Returns Specialist" would call me back.
In 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.

CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE,
SINCE IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE TO BEGIN WITH.

Today is July 17.
DO YOU THINK ANYONE HAS CALLED ME YET??

  1. it sucks, but "technically" you're still up to only the 4th "business" day that she quoted you. I've had similar experiences with other companies before, and when I called back I was informed that they had 7-10 business days and I "shouldnt even be calling them because they are still in that window." Ugh.

    1. Yeah, it's just ridiculous that the woman I spoke to couldn't issue the return postage file. Then I could have mailed it back on the 11th and would MAYBE be getting the correct one soon. As it is, IF I get to mail it today, they probably won't get it till next week and then add ANOTHER week for them to mail me the correct one...

      I wonder if they'd let me use their hoop for a month without payment, the way it will be a month that they have my $50...
