Fan Mail for The Tooth Fairy!

Don't you just love it when something unexpected makes your day!?!
You may remember that we include a personalized letter from The Tooth Fairy with every purchase of a Tooth Fairy Pillow.

Well, imagine our surprise and delight when I found The Tooth Fairy found this envelope in our mailbox!! This is the back of the envelope. Note the carefully-drawn hearts and triangles! Inside was a letter from the two little sisters for whom The Tooth Fairy had made the Tooth Fairy Pillows in the picture at the top.

The letter was ADORABLE! The girls wanted to know how I knew The Tooth Fairy knew each of their favorite colors.

They also wanted to know if I like The Tooth Fairy likes paper airplanes, LOL. (When The Tooth Fairy sends a personalized letter with the Tooth Pillow, she folds the letter into a triangle. Not because she likes paper airplanes, but maybe because the triangle shape reminds her of a tooth?? After all, she's a FAIRY and is pretty inexplicable in the first place.)

You know that I teach school, so you can imagine that both The Tooth Fairy and I were very happy that those children are WRITING!! We were also delighted that they took the time to decorate the envelope with hearts and, our favorite...triangles!

I have to run now. The Tooth Fairy wants me to help her write a letter in reply!

Last Day of Freedom Sparks SALE

Something New

Sometimes customers have the BEST ideas. Like the lady who asked if we could include a letter from the "Tooth Fairy" with her child's Tooth Fairy Pillow.Such a simple request, but she reported that it totally made her son's day. So now we include the Tooth Fairy Letter with each Tooth Fairy Pillow order. AND we mail the Tooth Fairy Pillow directly to the child. (You know how kids love to get mail! Imagine getting mail from the TOOTH FAIRY!!)

And just the other day, there was a lady who contacted me
about our owl cardholder/keychains.

She wanted one just like the purple cardholder below, but she wanted the owl to be big enough to hold her Droid. And with a strap, to make it into a wristlet.

Here's the wristlet I came up with, in the picture below. I used the bigger, zippered owl design. It's easily twice as big as the little owl cardholder. You can kind of get a feel for the size difference between the two owls if you know that the snap hook on each is the same size. The wristlet is big enough for a large cell phone, keys, credit cards, a lipstick...

Hoppin'!

Hi, things are hoppin' around here, so I wanted to take a second to say that if you don't hear from me a lot this weekend, that's why. I have a tote, 2 bibs, a monogrammed tooth pillow and 2 banners to complete. And when I say 2 banners...one is 16 pennants long and it's the style where each pennant takes 45 minutes!!!!!! Is that even mathematically possible to complete in one weekend, if I factor in sleep?? LOL Let's not talk about the fact that Avery is here and I haven't even STARTED his quilt!!!!!!! I did make him several blankets, though...

We also have all the typical back-from-vacation stuff...laundry, mail to open, etc.

Oh, and don't forget that the studio will be shut down tomorrow night so that I can watch our Steelers in the Super Bowl with hubs.
